A Special Council Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 8:30 a.m., at 1600-2nd St. NE, Three Hills, for the purpose of deliberating the 2017 Operating and Capital Budget.

Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, Kneehill County will offer for sale by public auction, in the Kneehill County Office located at 1600 -2nd St NE, Three Hills, Alberta, on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 1:00 pm, the following lands:

Each parcel will be offered for sale subject to a reserve bid and the following:
• The reservations and conditions contained in the existing Certificate of Title
• The purchaser takes possession of the property “as is”
• The purchaser must pay the 2016 tax levy immediately
• The purchaser is to pay for all registration/transfer costs
• GST is to be paid on the purchase price
• The full purchase price must be paid by a certified cheque or cash by end of business, October 25, 2016.
Kneehill County may, after public auction, become the owner of any parcel of land not sold at the public auction.
Redemption may be affected by payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at any time prior to the sale.
