Three Hills Notices - November 9, 2016



Take notice that the following permit(s) for the proposed use(s) listed below has been issued in accordance with Land Use Bylaw 1309-09 and any amendments thereto, of the Town of Three Hills:

Development Permit Application No. 61/900.051/16 by DBA/Western Canadian Modular to construct a Modular Home on Lot 9, Block 5, Plan 7610794 (315 – 7th Street SE) Land Use Classification – R-1 – Residential District

The above permit(s) shall become valid after a lapse of fourteen (14) days from the date of the newspaper in which this notice appears.

Anyone who feels prejudicially affected by this permit may appeal the permit by filing notice of appeal by 4:00 PM Wednesday November 23rd, 2016 and paying the applicable fees. In the event of an appeal being filed, all interested parties will be notified.
