Three Hills Notices - November 23, 2016

The Town of Three Hills would like to take this time to thank all those ATCO Electric employees who donated their time and the use of their Bucket Truck to assist Town staff in putting up the Christmas Light Decorations on Main Street.

Take notice that the following permit(s) for the proposed use(s) listed below has been issued in accordance with Land Use Bylaw 1309-09 and any amendments thereto, of the Town of Three Hills:
Development Permit Application No. 61/900.053/16 by Reality Bytes Inc., for a Portable Sign on Block A, Plan 6005HM (1901 – 2nd Street NE) Land Use Classification: HWY-C – Highway Commercial District
Development Permit Application No. 61/900.054/16 by the Three Hills Municipal Library for a change of use on Lots 1-4; Block 8; Plan 4304AH (135 – 2nd Avenue SE) Land Use Classification: C-B – Central Commercial District
Development Permit Application No. 61/900.048/16 by Traders Furniture (Kardan Holdings Inc.) for a Portable Sign located on Lots 27-31 Block 13, Plan 4304AH (120 – 3rd Avenue SE) Land Use Classification C-B – Central Commercial District.
The above permit(s) shall become valid after a lapse of fourteen (14) days from the date of the newspaper in which this notice appears.
Anyone who feels prejudicially affected by this permit may appeal the permit by filing notice of appeal by 4:00 PM Wednesday December 7th, 2016 and paying the applicable fees. In the event of an appeal being filed, all interested parties will be notified.
