Three Hills Notices - November 8, 2017


Will be in effect from November 1st to March 31st.

The Landfill will be open Tuesday’s, Thursday’s, and Saturday’s from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Please note, the Landfill will be closed on Saturday November 11, 2017 for the Remembrance Day Holiday..



Take notice that the following permit for the proposed uses listed below has been issued in accordance with the Land Use Bylaw No.1398-17 and any amendments thereto, of the Town of Three Hills:

Development Permit No: 61/900.070/17 for an Accessory Building (Detached Garage) on Lot 4, Block 5, Plan 7610794 (791 – 3rd Avenue SE) Land Use Classification R1 – Residential Single Dwelling District

The above permit shall become valid after a lapse of fourteen (14) days from the date of the newspaper in which this notice first appears.

Further information regarding this permit may be obtained from the Town Office at 232 Main Street Three Hills, Alberta, during regular office hours Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Anyone who feels prejudicially affected by this permit may appeal the permit by filing notice of appeal by 4:00 PM, Wednesday November 15th, 2017 in writing to: The Secretary, Development Appeal Board, Box 610, Three Hills, Alberta T0M 2A0, and paying the applicable fees. In the event of an appeal being filed, all interested parties will be notified.
