Take notice that the following permit(s) for the proposed use(s) listed below has been issued in accordance with Land Use Bylaw 1398-17 and any amendments thereto, of the Town of Three Hills:

Development Permit – Home Occupation – Class 2 by Klaus Ewikowski for Autumn Memories Ltd. on Block 1, Plan 1411313 (#1B – 320, 7 Avenue NE) Land Use Classification: R4 – Residential High Density District.

Development Permit – Sign Application – No: 61.900.013/18 by Michael Guttridge (Vincovi Technology Solutions Inc.) on Lots 24 &25, Block 13, Plan 4304AH (403 Main Street) Land Use Classification: C2 – Commercial Central District.

Development Permit – Commercial, Industrial, Institutional – No: 61.900.019/18 by 825209 Alberta Ltd. o/a BCP Construction on Lot 5, Block 1, Plan 0610218 and Lot 6, Block 1, Plan 1711706 (121 – 17th Avenue NE) Land Use Classification: C1 – Commercial General District.

Development Permit – Residential Accessory Buildings – No: 61.900.020/18 by Jay Shearlaw on Lot 24, Block 2, Plan 908GA (614 – 4 Street SE) Land Use Classification: R1 – Residential Single Dwelling District

The above permit shall become valid after a lapse of fourteen (14) days from the date of the newspaper in which this notice appears.

Anyone who feels prejudicially affected by this permit may appeal the permit by filing notice of appeal by 4:00 PM Wednesday May 30th, 2018 and paying the applicable fees. In the event of an appeal being filed, all interested parties will be notified.
