Three Hills Notices - May 1, 2019



Take notice that the following permit(s) for the proposed use(s) listed below has been issued in accordance with Land Use Bylaw 1398-17 and any amendments thereto, of the Town of Three Hills:

Sign Permit No: 61/900.010/19 by Diana Unger for the installation of a fascia sign on Lots 13 & 14, Block 13, Plan 4304AH (115-4th Avenue SE) Land Use Classification C2 – Commercial Central District and to vary section 8.7(a)(ii) of the Land Use Bylaw (Bylaw NO. 1398-17) to allow the fascia sign to be placed lower than the minimum height due to the configuration of the building’s facade because the installation of the sign will not unduly interfere with the amenities or the use or value of neighbouring properties.

Development Permit No: 61/900.017/19 by Cornerstone Construction for an addition to an existing residence on Lot 5, Block B, Plan 1730AV (212-6th Avenue SE) and a variance to the side-yard setback requirement [section 9.2.4(d)(i)] of the Land Use Bylaw (Bylaw No. 1398/017) to allow the residence to remain as constructed because such a variance will not unduly interfere with the amenities or the use or value of neighbouring properties. Land Use Classification: R1-Residential Single Dwelling District.

The above permit(s) shall become valid after a lapse of twenty-one (21) days from the date of the decision (April 25th, 2019).

Anyone who feels prejudicially affected by these permits may appeal the permits by filing notice of appeal by 4:00 PM Thursday, May 16th, 2019 and paying the applicable fee. In the event of an appeal being filed, all interested parties will be notified.
