PUBLIC WORKS SNOW REMOVAL
As per the Town of Three Hills snow clearing and removal policy, the public works department will begin its weekend on call rotation to ensure that snow removal is carried out according to the policy, which states that: Light accumulations (0" - 2") of snow fall shall be removed as required during normal working hours and medium (2" - 4") and heavy snowfalls (over 4") shall be removed with work commencing immediately during regular work hours or by 7:30 AM on the morning

HOME WARRANTIES FOR ALBERTANS INFORMATION FOR BUILDERS
The New Home Buyer Protection Act
will come into force in fall 2013.
After the Act comes into force, all new homes will require a warranty.
Building permits will only be issued
for homes with appropriate warranty coverage.

Town of Three Hills Notification
Waste Collection:
The Town of Three Hills Garbage Truck is currently out of commission. Due to this circumstance, there will be some changes to the waste collection in town for at least a month.

Commercial waste collection will now be handled by Huxted Waste Disposal and bin tips will take place on Tuesdays, and Fridays if required.

Residential waste collection for North of 1st Street South will remain on Thursdays, but pick up will only take place in the afternoon
