COOPER, Francis Albert ~ Albert Cooper passed away peacefully on December 27, 2010 at the age of 93 at St. Mary's Health Care Centre, Trochu, Alberta. Albert was born in England in 1917 and emigrated to Canada with his parents Francis Allan and Clara Cooper and his sister Betty when he was eight years old.
