Hasn't this past weekend been just a beautiful weather break for us. What has "Mother Nature" in store for us? One thing about it, we can't do much to change it.
Andy and Melba Kopjar attended the graduation of their granddaughter Amanda Kopjar at the University of Lethbridge on June 3. Amanda graduated with a degree in Science and Kinesiology. Andy and Melba then returned home via Pincher Creek where they spent the weekend with their daughter Nora Manners and family.

Monday morning sun is out and all the snow has melted - a wonderful start for the week.
Beauty And The Beast was such a hit that they held another performance on Sunday afternoon. Everyone attending thoroughly enjoyed the production.

Sympathy of the district is extended to Eva Dau and her families on the passing of her husband Donald. Funeral services were held Monday at Knox United Church.

Andy and Irene Nakaska travelled to Lethbridge recently to attend the wedding of their granddaughter Brianna Odland to Jonathan Prescott. All their family also attended. Congratulations to Amanda Stewart and Dustin Gass who were married recently. Amanda is the granddaughter of Jim and Dorothy and daughter of Ken and Cherry Stewart. The annual Strawberry Tea at the United Church was enjoyed by all who attended. Fancy hats were the norm for the afternoon.
