PUBLIC NOTICE
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT:
Take notice that the following permit(s) for the proposed use(s) listed below has been issued in accordance with Land Use Bylaw 1398-17 and any amendments thereto, of the Town of Three Hills:
Development Permit – Sign – No: 61.900.016/17 by the Town of Three Hills on Block A, Plan 6005HM (1901 – 2nd Street North) Land Use Classification: C3 – Commercial Highway District
Development Permit – Sign – No: 61.900.043/18 by Adam B. Young Insurance on Lots 6, Block 14, Plan 4304AH (416 Main Street) Land Use Classification: C2 – Commercial Central District
The above permit shall become valid after a lapse of fourteen (14) days from the date of the newspaper in which this notice appears.
Anyone who feels prejudicially affected by this permit may appeal the permit by filing notice of appeal by 4:00 PM Wednesday August 1st, 2018 and paying the applicable fees. In the event of an appeal being filed, all interested parties will be notified.
Further information regarding this permit(s) may be obtained from the Town Office at 232 Main Street, Three Hills, AB.
