My wife keeps reminding me that it’s “only May. The “only” is due to the heat, the wildfires and, again, the heat.

We all got more than our share of wildfire smoke during our Victoria Day May long weekend. My eyes sting, my throat is raspy and I smell like I sat through an all-night poker game, with chain smokers.
